Monika von Frankenberg, D&I Project Manager – Global Pharma D&I, Novartis Pharma AG, will speak on “Generational Diversity at Work”. Following her keynote address, she will be joined by international panellists for a discussion on what generational diversity means in practice for communication and strategies in the companies.
The Baby Boomer Generation, Generation X, and Generation Y account for the majority of the workforce in companies. Employees from different generations tend to act differently in their work environments and bring many varying points of view to the workplace. What are the core values and expectations at work exhibited by diverse age groups? What is communication like towards and across the generations? What are the specific learning strategies used by different generations? These are some of the key questions which will be addressed by the keynote speaker and the panel.
