This Conference focuses on the many opportunities women in management have available to them in order to strengthen and support each other to progress professionally.
Mentoring is a proven instrument to transfer knowledge and experience, as well as, a powerful way of lobbying. Therefore we will be presenting reports taken from the most diverse areas and companies, where mentoring has been implemented successfully.
Additionally, EWMD-Members have initiated methods for women to offer and provide structures, in which they can learn from each other to achieve their ambitions and goals.
The EWMD International Conference itself is a great place for EWMD-Women to inspire and be inspired. And it is also our networking event which is entertaining and full of surprises.
